Longevity Labs
Longevity Labs is an advanced biomarker panel that covers hormones, thyroid, metabolic markers, inflammation, lipids and vitamins, plus a body composition measurement. Results are reviewed one to one with a provider, and you receive a written plan. The goal is a clear baseline for healthy aging and a plan to act on it.

Our Approach
How we work with you
A lab panel is a snapshot, not a diagnosis. We explain what the numbers mean, what they do not, and what we would change. The value is in the plan that follows the numbers.
What the process looks like
- 1We order an advanced biomarker panel and a body composition scan.
- 2A provider reviews the results with you, one to one.
- 3You receive a written plan with clear next steps.
- 4We recheck key markers at a follow-up, usually in 6 to 12 months.

Common Questions
Longevity Labs — FAQ
What does the panel measure?+
Hormones, thyroid, metabolic markers, inflammation, lipids and vitamins, plus a body composition scan. We explain what each marker means in your review.
What does it not measure?+
It is a baseline panel, not a diagnostic workup. It does not replace screening your physician orders. We refer back to your physician when needed.
How often should I recheck?+
Most people recheck key markers in 6 to 12 months. Hormone therapy may need labs sooner, at 6 and 12 weeks.
Do I keep seeing my regular doctor?+
Yes. We coordinate with your physician and share results when you ask. Longevity Labs complements, it does not replace, routine care.
